Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We love our products and want to make sure you love them too, that is why we are 100% dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience so that there is Little to no need for returns. But in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Unsatisfying reasons for returns may have to be thoroughly thought about or checked to decide whether we accept the returns or not. Shipping charges are non-refundable, we do not cover the shipping cost of a return.

We reccomend returns by your local post that made your delivery or by our private courrier partners that you will be notified about. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as atracking number for your package.

 

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewellery cards and boxes. Please keep your receipts for your records as well as our flyers and cards for future purchases.

NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

 

Please note that personalised orders and custom pieces are considered FINALE SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. Although we check all merchandise for defects prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers negligence will not be accepted for return, refund or replacement.

 

 

Amastouchwheneverjewellerybrand.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, refunds , replacements or exchanges. A refund of money will be considered only after determining that the conditions under which we allow a return have been satisfactorately met and fullfilled.

Conditions under which a refund may be considered

 

1.That the return is being made within 30 days after purchase has been made and package received.

 

2. That the merchandise arrives back in our premises in an unused condition, with all the tags, cards and packaging boxes and materials in good condition.

 

3.That you the purchaser pays for the cost of reshipping the merchanside back to us.

 

4. That the merchandise was shipped from our premises in bad condition. However we always check and make sure the pieces are in good condition before shipping out.

 

We do accept returns for replacements in the event that you would prefer adifferent length or type of chain or adifferent size where applicable. In this case, you the purchaser will cover the shipping cost of shipping back to us the items in your possession and shipping the new items to you. To avoid this always make sure you check out the measurements provided for each design and make sure you are purchasing the right  size or lengths for you or your needs.

 

We will not refund the money of the item but you are allowed to replace the item by covering the shipping costs of re-shipping back to us and shipping the new one to you.

All purchases are shipped out insured. In the event the items get damaged or lost during shipping, the courrier company is liable for the loss or damage of any goods upto the amount specified in the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract.
