Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

How it Works

 

Amastouchwhenever Jewellery Brand offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders to any EU member country and FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, and LATIN AMERICA when you spend €100 or more before taxes.

If we are not shipping to your country and you are interested in ordering from us please let us know. Email us at info@amastouchwhenverjewellerybrand.com.

Orders that are less than €100 to countries that are not elegible for free shipping are charged a flat shipping rate of €15. Any taxes or duty due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All items in stock have the in stock notice under them. If an item is out of stock, you will also be able to see it under the item.

All orders are shipped out within 1 business day and will arrive within 2-4 working days in the EU and the necessary 2- 4 weeks outside the EU.

 

New designs and products usually go on pre-sale. When you purchase an item on presale, you have to allow for the required number of days to have your pre-sale order shipped to you. You will be able to know the date from when the item will be available . Starting from that date is when the pre-sale orders get shipped out.

Incase of any delay in shipping out and delivering your pre-purchased order or your normal order because of circumstances beyond our control and management, we will get you notified well in advance.

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fullfilled. Please allow upto 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

To ensure security and safety of your orders, we insure all shipped out orders. However, Amastouchwhenever is not responsable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of the items.

Customized, personalised or made to order items may take 2 – 6 weeks to ship. Please allow for the required time to fulfill your personalisd order.

 If you order other items in addition to a made to order  or personalised item, they will be shipped out together.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If the Package is returned to us, you are responsable for the shipping cost to ship the merchandise.

 

Our shipping partners are the countries local posts  and other private courriers that we have contractual transactions with.
