Shipping Policy

At Amastouchwhenever Jewellery Brand, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless and worry-free as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and delivery policies:

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING to any EU member country and FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Latin America on orders over €100 before taxes. If you live outside of these countries, please email us at to see if we can ship to your country.

Shipping Fees: Orders less than €100 to countries not eligible for free shipping will be charged a flat shipping rate of €15. Any taxes or duty due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


Shipping Times: All in-stock items will ship within 1 business day and will arrive within 2-4 working days in the EU and up to 4 weeks outside the EU. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may take 2-6 weeks to ship, so please allow for the required time to fulfill your order.

Pre-sale Orders: New designs and products may go on pre-sale, and the required number of days for shipping will be communicated to you in advance. In case of any delay due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Tracking and Insurance: You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. We insure all shipped out orders to ensure their security and safety, but we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of the items.

Shipping Partners: Our shipping partners are the country's local posts and other private couriers that we have contractual transactions with. Shipping by UPS or DHL.

We're not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, you're responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging, including all tags, jewellery cards, and boxes. Personalized or custom pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Please inspect your product promptly upon receipt to ensure that it is free of any defects. If you find a defect, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the issue.

  • We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges. We will consider a refund only after we have determined that all return conditions have been met.

  • We accept returns for replacements in the event that you would prefer a different length or type of chain or a different size where applicable. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return and the new item.

  • All purchases are shipped insured, and the courier company is liable for any loss or damage up to the amount specified in the contract.
